We started six years ago as a small roastery in Tijuana. We buy directly from farms in Chiapas and Veracruz, we know the people who grow it, and we pay for quality.
Every lot carries a Baja California species: the vaquita, the whale shark, the biznaga cactus, the hummingbird, the condor. It's our tribute to this land and its wildlife.
